Purpose To financially assist students who are pursuing an education related to the sheep industry.
Focus Industry and trade.
Qualifications Applicants must be NH residents who have completed at least one year at a post-secondary institution; must be majoring in a field that will benefit the sheep industry.
Criteria Applicants will be selected based on past involvement and/or future plans in the sheep industry; volunteer services including youth involvement in agricultural programs; and review of transcript and letters of recommendation.
Funds $1,000
Duration Annual.
To Apply Applicants must submit a filled-out application form, transcript of records and three letters of recommendation; Completion and submission of the application (see link below); A transcript from the applicant’s most recently-completed year with a minimum GPA of 2.5; Two non-relative references plus one letter of recommendation dated within the last six months.
Deadline August 1.
